Ing Events, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025


Applies to: All ticket purchases made for events hosted and organized by Ing Events, LLC


At Ing Events, LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for attendees with the realities of event planning costs. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a ticket.


1. Attendee Cancellations

Refunds for cancellations are offered according to the timeline below:

· Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:  You are eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket price, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.

· Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future Ing Events event.

· Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: No refunds or credits will be issued.


Non-Refundable Fees: All processing and payment fees (e.g., Stripe service charges) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.


How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, email us at ingeventsonline@gmail.com with:


· Your full name

· Event name and date

· Order number or confirmation details

· Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Ing Events, LLC

A. If We Cancel the Event: If an event is canceled due to low enrollment, weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

· A full refund, OR

· A credit toward a future event, based on your preference


B. If We Postpone the Event: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may:

· Request a full refund

· Request a credit to use for another event Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the postponement notice.


How You’ll Be Notified: We will contact ticket holders via the email address provided at registration and post updates on our website at [www.ingevents.net].


3. Event Changes

Minor Changes: Changes such as small time adjustments, venue changes within the same town, or substitutions of similar activities do not qualify for a refund.


Significant Changes: If there is a substantial change to the event (e.g., a venue change to a location more than 25 miles away or a major change in event format), attendees may:

· Request a full refund, OR

· Accept a credit toward a future event

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the change notice.


4. No-Shows

If you do not attend the event and did not cancel in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued.


5. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event at no charge. To initiate a transfer, email us at ingeventsonline@gmail.com with:

· Your name and ticket details

· Full name and email address of the new attendee


We will confirm the transfer once it is processed.


6. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will review each case thoughtfully and retain the right to make the final decision.



7. Refund Processing

· Refunds (when approved) are processed within 7–10 business days

· Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment

· You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed



8. Communication of This Policy

This refund policy is:

· Available at the time of ticket purchase

· Included in your confirmation email

· Published on our website at [www.ingevents.net/refund-policy]

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
