Welcome to Ing Events, LLC! By registering for our events or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Ing Events, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or registering for any Ing Events experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Event Registration and Payment

A. Registration Process To attend an event, you must complete the registration process, which may require providing personal information such as your name, email, relationship status (single or couple), and dietary or accessibility preferences. Some events may have limited capacity or registration deadlines.

B. Pricing and Payment All event fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept payment via major credit cards securely through Stripe. Additional taxes or fees may apply depending on the event.

C. Cancellation and Refunds by Attendee You may cancel your registration by contacting us at [insert email]. Refunds are subject to the following:

· Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before the event.

· 50% refund if canceled between 3–6 days prior.

· No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event.

Processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

D. Rescheduling by Attendee Rescheduling is allowed on a case-by-case basis if requested more than 72 hours before the event. Email us to request a transfer to another event of equal value.

E. No-Shows If you do not attend the event and have not provided advance notice, you forfeit your registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Event Participation and Conduct

A. Eligibility All attendees must be 18 years or older. Some events may be designed specifically for singles or couples and may have additional requirements.

B. Code of Conduct We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. Attendees are expected to:

· Treat others with courtesy and respect

· Avoid offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior

· Refrain from disruptive conduct or illegal activity

C. Right to Refuse or Remove We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior violates our Code of Conduct or disrupts the event. No refund will be issued in such cases.

D. Assumption of Risk Participation in our events may include physical activities (e.g., hiking, kayaking, cooking). By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept any inherent risks and agree that you participate at your own discretion.

E. Personal Belongings Ing Events, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during events.

4. Intellectual Property

A. Website Content All content on www.ingevents.net—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software—is owned by Ing Events, LLC or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

B. Use Restrictions You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written consent.

C. Event Materials Any materials provided during events (e.g., handouts, guides) are for personal use only unless otherwise noted.

D. Photos and Videos at Events We may take photographs or video recordings at events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. You may opt out by notifying staff before the event or emailing us in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Ing Events, LLC is not liable for any:

· Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

· Personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in events

· Website errors, delays, or interruptions

In the case of event cancellation or rescheduling due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a full or partial refund of the registration fee.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific event.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ing Events, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

· Your participation in events

· Your use of our website

· Any violation of these Terms

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. Before initiating litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation or mediation.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ing Events, LLC regarding event participation and website use. They supersede any prior verbal or written communications.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and enforceable.
